    How do I pay for my order?
  • There are a number of payment options to choose from: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Discover and Paypal.

    All credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and TOUS to ensure security and to prevent fraud.

    What currencies can I use?
  • You can pay in the currencies listed below: United States dollars ($)

    All prices are shown in the currency of reference for your country. Your delivery address will decide the curency you are charged in.

    If a different currency applies to the billing address than the delivery address, your bank may apply an exchange rate or charge a comission. This is beyond our control.

    When will be I charged?
  • When you place your order, the charge will be authorised on your card and you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been successful. We will not charge your card until we process your order and ship it from our warehouse.

    If it is not authorised, no charge will appear on your card and you will be notified immediately on the screen that payment hasn't been successful. You will be asked to provide another method of payment.
