Tous follows the EN 301 549 standard to ensure the digital accessibility of its digital assets. Some of the features implemented to improve the accessibility of content are:

· Work is underway to improve the accessibility tools available on the website.
· Use video players that have a mode for selecting and playing available audio descriptions.
· Use video players that provide controls for playing subtitles and audio descriptions at the same level of interaction as other controls.
· A comprehensive review of all significant images is being carried out to ensure that they have appropriate alternative text (alt), ensuring that visual information is also accessible to people with visual impairments.
· Audio-only and video-only resources are being evaluated to verify that they have equivalent text alternatives, such as transcripts or detailed descriptions.
· The implementation of audio descriptions or alternative media for all recorded videos is being evaluated, ensuring that visual content is accessible through other means.
· Alternative versions of videos with integrated audio description are being prepared, or a second channel is being offered that allows for its activation, expanding the accessibility of audiovisual content.
· Structural elements such as headings, field groupings, lists, and tables are being audited to verify that visual relationships are also correctly reflected in the code.
· Appropriate autocomplete attributes are being incorporated into forms to improve the user experience, especially on mobile devices or when using assistive technologies.
· Additional visual cues such as underlining, icons, or explanatory text are being added to prevent color from being the only means of conveying information.
· Automatic and manual tools are being used to verify that the contrast between text and background meets the minimum requirements for ensuring readability.
· The content is being checked to ensure that it can be enlarged up to 200% using browser functions without loss of functionality or cropping of information.
· All designs are being validated to ensure that content adapts correctly to resizing on small screens without the need for sideways scrolling.
· All graphic elements and non-text controls are being checked to ensure they have sufficient contrast with their background to facilitate visual identification.
· Tests are being carried out with recommended text spacing values to ensure that content remains legible and functional when customizing the layout.
· We are monitoring that additional content that appears when focusing on elements with the keyboard or mouse does not hide important information and is easily dismissible.
· The development team is adapting all interactive components to ensure full keyboard functionality, thus allowing navigation without the need for a mouse.
· Page titles are being reviewed to ensure that they clearly describe the content and improve orientation within the site.
· The tab order is being checked to ensure it is logical and consistent, allowing sequential navigation that does not alter the meaning or operation.
· A clear and logical hierarchy is being applied to headings and labels to facilitate understanding of the content and structured navigation.
· All interactive elements are being reviewed to ensure that the keyboard focus is always visible through clear and contrasting styles.
· Events triggered exclusively by initial mouse clicks are being removed, ensuring that actions are executed predictably and safely.
· Interactive elements with visible labels are being checked to ensure that they match the accessible name, improving consistency and comprehension by screen readers.
· Lang attributes are being added to content fragments that are in a language other than the main language, ensuring correct pronunciation by multilingual screen readers.
· Forms are being audited to avoid unexpected context changes when selecting or modifying fields, ensuring that all actions are reported in advance.
· Error messages are being improved to include understandable suggestions that help correct the error detected by the user.
· Measures are being incorporated to confirm the validity of sensitive data before submission, reducing the risk of irreversible errors.
· Work is underway to improve the semantic accessibility of all custom components, ensuring that they correctly convey their role, status, and value to assistive technologies.
· The use of ARIA roles and accessible attributes is being correctly implemented so that dynamic messages (such as errors, confirmations, or alerts) are detected and announced by screen readers.
· The five principles of compliance required by WCAG level AA are being ensured, guaranteeing that the pages, processes, and technologies used do not interfere with the overall accessibility of the content.
· The product documentation lists or explains all available accessibility features.
· The product documentation can be made completely accessible.
· Support services can be adapted to the communication needs of users with disabilities.
· The documentation provided by support services is in an accessible format.
