You can shop at tous.com as a guest or registered customer. Registering with TOUS is very simple and we will only ask you for the information we need to provide you with a faster shopping experience. In your account, you can access your order history and edit your details whenever you like.

In your basket, you can view the products in your order, enter a promotional code, or add a personalised message if you’re buying a gift. Please bear in mind that the products in your basket may include items that are not in stock. If one of these is out of stock, we will use this section to let you know.

If your order is a gift, you can add a personalised message for the recipient. To do so, access your basket and click “Is this a gift?” to include your message. You can include as many notes as there are products in the gift.

Please be advised that our guarantee covers damage due to manufacturing defects for a period of two years. Any defects due to wear or inappropriate use are excluded from the guarantee.

For customers who are members of the My TOUS programme at the time of purchase, the two-year legal warranty period will be extended by a further year as a commercial warranty. This makes a total of three years from the date of purchase.
