Once sculpted and polished, gemstones are MINERALS attractive enough to be used as personal adornment. Their value is determined by their beauty, hardness and rarity, and our most INNOVATIVE DESIGNS are inspired by their INTENSE COLORS.
NATURAL gems are those that have been formed in nature WITHOUT THE INTERVENTION of man. Most are of MINERAL ORIGIN but we also find ORGANIC ORIGIN.
DURABILITY
Related to resistance to impact and friction with other materials and the color stability.
BEAUTY
Properties such as color, sparkle or transparency are associated with the beauty of gemstones.
RARITY
The scarcity or rarity of gemstones increases their value.
CUT
Cut is aimed at drawing out the mineral properties as much as possible: color, transparency, shine, dispersion, weight and special effects. We generally define two cut styles: cabochon cut and faceted cut.
