Changes are accepted when the piece is in perfect conditions and there has not passed more than 30 days from the purchasing date. You will also need to present the certificate of authenticity together with the sales receipt.
Tous offers our customers to exchange articles within 30 days at any TOUS store worldwide except at Department Stores, Airport Stores and Multi Brand Stores that can only be exchanged at the place of purchase. The currency of the country and the local price will always prevail.
Fragrances, cosmetics, and discounted items are always a final sale.

To make your Christmas shopping easier, we are extending the return or exchange period until January 31st 2024.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item you purchased on TOUS.com, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In the case of outlet items, the returns period is 15 days.
 
FREE!* Returns via courier We will send a courier to collect your returned item from your chosen address. Click HERE and request collection of your item. We recommend that you retain the courier’s receipt as proof of your return.

Returns via our Returns Service Centre Returns must be sent to our Returns Service Centre at the expense and responsibility of the purchaser, attaching the shipping note and the certificate of authenticity with date. To make this process easier, return labels are included with the address of our Returns Service Centre:

Once we have received your return, we will issue your refund to you in the form of the original payment within 14 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
