    What is My TOUS?

  • My TOUS is the TOUS loyalty program. Registered users enjoy incredible benefits, gifts and much more.
    You’ll find more information about the advantages and benefits of being a My TOUS member at https://www.tous.com/brand/us/my-tous.

    How can I sign up for the My TOUS loyalty program?

    If you are over 18 years old and are interested in the program, you can sign up for free at any TOUS store or online at tous.com.

    On the website, you can subscribe in the “REGISTER” section. After filling out the form, log in to your account and go to the “MY TOUS” section on the menu to finish filling out the required fields.

    Once you have added your details, you will be part of My TOUS and you can begin to enjoy the benefits!

    If at any point you forget your password, we will send it to you again.

    How can I change my personal information in my My TOUS account?

    If you would like to change your profile information, you can do so through the “YOUR ACCOUNT” section on our website after logging in, or at any TOUS store.

    What benefits does My TOUS offer its members?

    Being part of My TOUS offers 7 exclusive benefits;

    • My virtual jewelry box: This space contains information about the TOUS brand products you purchase. You can store your favorite items here and see all their details.
    • Caring for my jewelry: You can repair, clean and maintain the TOUS jewelry you purchase. In addition, you have one free annual engraving service
    • One extra year of after sales service: As a My TOUS member, you get a full three-year warranty and an excellent after-sales service for the TOUS jewelry you buy
    • Amazing contests:  We will notify you of draws and competitions to win jewelry, gift cards and fabulous experiences.
    • My birthday: During the month of your birthday, TOUS will give you a gift on purchases over $249. You can collect the gift in any TOUS store, except Outlets, TOUS Rolex stores, and TOUS Airport stores.
    • Refer a friend:  If you invite a friend to become part of My TOUS and they make a purchase worth more than $150, either online or in store, you will both receive an exclusive gift you can collect at any TOUS store, except Outlets, TOUS Rolex stores and TOUS airport stores.
    • My five Toussis:  You can get five exclusive pieces of jewelry with your purchases. You’ll be able to collect your Toussis at any TOUS store, except Outlets, TOUS Rolex stores and TOUS airport stores.

      How can I get the Toussis?

      You can get your Toussis by making purchases. You’ll start collecting the different Toussis based on the amount you pay for the TOUS products you buy. Toussis can only be collected in person in TOUS stores.

      How do I know how many Toussis I have?

      To find out how many Toussis you have, go to the “My account” section, in the top right corner of the page, and look for the Toussi section in “My TOUS”. Here, you can check your account status, your balance, the Toussis you have gained and the ones still pending.

      How do I know how long until my next Toussi?

      To find out how much you need to spend to get your next Toussi, go to the “My account” section, in the top right corner of the page, and look for the Toussi section in “My TOUS”. Here, you can find out how much you’ve spent and the amount needed to obtain the next Toussi.

      Can I get more than one Toussi at a time?

      Yes, no problem. You can accumulate purchases and collect all of your Toussis at the same time from any TOUS branch.

      Do Toussis expire?

      Yes, Toussis will reset after one year of registering on My TOUS. You therefore have one year in which to get all the Toussis before the counter goes back to 0.

      Why aren’t Toussis added to some of my purchases?

      For the My TOUS program to recognize you, you must always use the same email address as the one you registered with. You must identify yourself using the same email address in the physical store as well as on the website so that your purchases are allocated to your Toussi thermometer.

      Why are my points not adding up?

      With online purchases, points will be added once the order has reached its destination. Then it will show on the thermometer, not at the time of purchase.
